It is customary for certain hotels to request a credit-card deposit upon check-in to cover incidental charges. Unused funds will be refunded upon check-out. For single travelers without family, a room must be shared on a twin or triple sharing basis. If no other single traveler is available, a single supplement cost will apply.

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

To reserve your seat, a registration deposit of 40% of the tour cost must be paid in advance. Registration deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. You have booked a group tour where Stanley Tours is required to book services like hotels, airlines, etc., in advance.
60% of the total package cost must be paid after visa approval.
Full and final settlement to be paid 60 days before departure.
If a credit card transaction is cancelled, a 3% fee will apply.
